Emergency IT support · software escalation

IT says the computers and network are fine—but the business software is still broken?

That’s where I come in. If your usual IT provider has already confirmed that the computers, network, firewall and Microsoft environment are fine, I investigate the business application layer that is still failing.

When the issue is elsewhere

The device and network layer

Your existing IT provider may be exactly right when the issue is:

  • Printers, laptops or device setup
  • Employee accounts and ordinary access issues
  • Routine Wi-Fi, firewall or Microsoft 365 administration
  • Workstation and operating-system support

When the failure is inside software

The application layer

That is where NWI Software Rescue focuses:

  • Business applications and production systems
  • Databases, APIs, queues and backend services
  • Payments, webhooks and integrations
  • Custom, inherited or legacy software
  • Cloud application deployments and runtime errors

The handoff point

Your existing IT provider can stay involved.

If your provider has already checked the PCs, network, firewall and Microsoft environment, bring me in for the next layer. The goal is collaboration around the incident, not replacing the relationship you already have.

  • Application troubleshooting
Trace what the business workflow is doing and where it stops.
  • Production software support
Investigate errors, releases, dependencies and runtime behavior.
  • Emergency application support
Help identify whether the incident is in your systems or upstream.
  • Plain-English handoff
Leave your team with what was found, what changed and what to watch next.

When to call me

The computers work. The business system doesn't.

You do not need to classify the problem perfectly. If employees cannot use the application, customers cannot complete a workflow, or a custom system is producing errors, text the symptom. You do not need to know whether the cause is in the code, database, server or integration.

I am not a full-service MSP or a contracted 24/7 emergency SLA. Text is fastest; when available, I usually respond within minutes to a few hours.
